Introduction

What is a Fiancé Visa?

To be granted entry to the UK on a Fiancé Visa you will need to show that you have an intention to marry your British/ Settled significant other within 6 months of your arrival.

After, your wedding has taken place you will be able to apply for a Spouse Visa so that you may remain in the UK for a further amount of time dictated by the Home Office.
